I don't think Video-Cellar meant that Flash Gordon Conquers the Universe wasn't PD in this post, just the original serial.

Well, Captain America remains PD, too. The rest are surely under copyright. There may be special licensing under Creative Commons for Flying Disc Man from Mars as quigs suggests. I wouldn't know how to go about finding out.

The Phantom is another serial that isn't PD.

I havd read (I could be wrong about this) but isn't Flying Disc Man from Mars under creative commons? I was led to believe that means it can watched on the site and maybe downloaded into a pc hard drive BUT it could not be sold.
I think that is what the agreement was.
